We are writing to inform all persons concerned on upcoming key activities as outlined below that are due to take place over the next number of weeks which will fall outside our standard working hours and agreed dispensation hours of 18:00—20:00hrs.
All listed activities are non-typical site activities which need to take place outside the working hours due to the length of the operation or the need to take place early or later due to TfL & Metropolitan Police travel restrictions for abnormal loads.
- Tues 7th Nov – Day 1 – erection of our tower crane ( these works are solely weather dependant). Deliveries expected between 7am-8am only. Due to the high risk of this activity, works may exceed past 6pm to ensure safety provisions are completed prior to the end of the first day activities.
- Wed 8th Nov – Day 2 – complete erection of tower crane and commission (we anticipate these works will not exceed past 6pm and are solely weather dependant) Deliveries expected between 7am-8am only. Due to the high risk of this activity, works may exceed past 6pm to ensure all safety provisions are completed for the final stage of erection/commission.
- Thurs 9th & Friday 10th Nov – Collection of 2 Crawler Cranes will take place on both days. These will not be collection until 8pm due to Met Police abnormal load restriction. We do not anticipate this creating high levels of noise, but there will be visible operative and vehicular movements.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the above listed activities may cause and will endeavor to complete the works as soon as possible with continued consideration on noise being kept to an absolute minimum.
