This is a brief note to share that meetings are being arranged with local residents and business owners nearby the Chapter Living and EDGE London Bridge construction sites. The last meeting was held on the 26th January 2024. Cllr. Emily Hickson chaired the meeting, which was attended by several residents, the Sollip restaurant business owner, Mace Contractors, Council members and Simten Development Managers. The following matters were discussed during the meeting:
- Installation of portacabins and decorative wraps
- Site traffic management plan
- Cleaning of windows and balconies (where directly affected)
- Upcoming site activities
It is intended to run these meetings monthly – on the last Friday of every month at 8.30am at Mace Project Office, 111 Snowfields, SE1 3SS.
