EDGE London Bridge, EDGE’s first London venture, will be a state-of-the-art office tower that exemplifies sustainability. This 27-floor commercial office development aims to be London’s greenest office tower, aspiring to achieve both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification.

Designed by architects Pilbrow & Partners, this development will embrace both the users’ wellbeing and the wider public’s benefit. It integrates a public park and lush green landscaping, not only at the building’s base but also extending into the interior. Air quality, natural light, and radiant cooling will create an optimal environment for the users.

The building’s design draws inspiration from Bermondsey’s Victorian engineering heritage, combining aesthetics and functionality with a façade that balances daylight with thermal efficiency, contributing to significant reductions in regulated carbon emissions. Facilities include a gym for the building occupiers, bike parking, a publicly accessible coffee bar, and a ‘town hall’ space available for local community use, to promote sustainable lifestyles and community interaction.

EDGE London Bridge is an embodiment of a new workstyle for the future, blending sustainable construction and progressive workspace design to deliver 275,000 sq ft of workspace for tomorrow.
